About Me
Steve “Guz-E” deGuzman built his sound from a lifetime around music, starting as a high-school DJ and later working on national tours with major rock acts. Those years on the road shaped his instinct for what actually moves an audience. Now based in Boulder, he blends country edge, rock grit, and electronic production into a style that feels cinematic and personal. His debut EP, Beautiful, captures that mix with guitars, wide synths, and rhythms drawn from decades of lived experience. Through his independent imprint, Guz-E Records, he writes, produces, and releases everything himself, creating music rooted in freedom, reinvention, and the belief that it’s never too late to begin again.
Every Guz-E track carries a story: nights on tour, early DJ sets, long drives, and the moments that shaped him.
